Deadline to register has now passed.

The Alberta and Northwest Conference will gather for spiritual nurture and connection at its 2015-2018 Mid-Triennium Event, Friday, May 26 to Saturday, May 27, 2017, at the Pomeroy Inn and Suites (the Pomeroy), in Olds, Alberta

Registration in Olds will begin on Friday, at 11:00 a.m., in the front lobby of the Pomeroy.

The Event will begin at 1:30 p.m. with Welcome, Worship and an Introduction to the Theme and Event activities.

The Theme Presenter is Dianne Baker, Emerging Wholeness – Counselling, Consulting, Creativity. For an introduction, check out this link:

Music will be led by Janice Walls and Friends. Janice is Ministry Personnel for the Didsbury Pastoral Charge.

During the Plenary times, there will be a Children’s Program for children aged 3 and up; and Child Care for children under 3 years. Please pre-register your child(ren) for either of these programs on your Registration Form.

You will be responsible for your travel, meals and accommodation for this Event, with the exception of Lunch on Saturday, which will be provided as part of the Event.

Confirmed Delegates from Presbyteries will be eligible for a travel subsidy.

You are asked to bring your favourite between-meal snacks if you so desire.

Please register for this Event as soon as you are able.  Only 300 registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Should you be unable to attend after registering, please let Kathy Jackson know so that another person can take your place.

  1. a) Residences: Centennial Village is the newest residence, and there are also townhouses. Please view on
  2. b) Camping: available in Lot DD for $25.00/night plus GST. The camping lot is gravel and your permit provides you with power, but no water or sewage hook ups. Please note that there are no campfires, open alcohol, unattended animals, or ATV’s permitted on Olds College property. To purchase a camping permit, please contact Conference Services at 403-556-8330 with your check in and check out dates, vehicle license plate number, trailer license plate number, phone number, email address, and credit card number.
