Kathy Yamashita & Jordan Cantwell preside at Communion, Celebration of Ministry Service

Alberta and Northwest Conference’s Celebration of Ministry Service took place on Sunday, May 13 at 10 am. Guest Preacher was the Right Rev. Jordan Cantwell, Moderator of The United Church of Canada.

During the worship service, two people were ordained, one person was commissioned, two people were admitted to the United Church from other denominations. You will find the names and biographies of these new ministers HERE. As well, ten ministers were honoured as they moved into retirement and their names are HERE.
