A Word about Travel

Travel expenses are your own responsibility. Our hope is that people will car pool from Calgary, or that congregations will support you with funding for mileage.

A Word about Accommodation

Accommodations are included in the registration fee. We have a combination of bunk beds and a few double bedrooms. If you feel you can stay in an upper bunk please indicate that when you register.

Some people may want to stay in Calgary at night so we have made arrangements with the Econolodge in Motel Village to hold rooms at a cost of $65/night. The LIRR Committee will reimburse you for one night; you are responsible for the second night. Expense forms for reimbursement will be available at the event. You must book your own room. The address is 2440 16th AV NW, Calgary, and the telephone number is 403-289-2561.

Trailers & campers can be brought to the camp, and electricity is provided.

A Word about Meals

All meals are included in the camp fee. Indicate if you are vegetarian, lactose intolerant, or need gluten-free meals. If you have further dietary needs, you will need to bring your own supplies. Coffee & tea will be provided. Meals start Friday night and end with lunch on Sunday.
