General Council Capital Assistance Programs (CA) provide financial assistance in the form of low-interest loans and targeted grants for the renewal and development of congregations, camps, education centres, community ministries, and chaplaincies. Assistance is available for eligible pastoral charges, congregations and other ministries that would otherwise be unable to undertake these capital projects.
The Conference Mission Transition Fund provides financial assistance to projects that promote mission work in the Conference. Each year 30% of the Fund is dedicated to projects or programs focused on youth and young adult ministries. The fund was established in 2012.
The Ann Mazur Memorial Fund provides capital assistance loans to congregations for small projects which meet the fund’s new church development or church re-development criteria.
The Conference Revolving Fund provides loan funding for projects that facilitate congregational renewal and for the work of the Conference and Presbyteries and congregations experiencing great difficulties.
